KODIKARA LIBRARY
The Kodikara Library of the RCSS was established in March 2001. The library has an extensive collection of books, journals, reports and web documents covering numerous aspects of modern international studies. The Library is mainly used by local and international students and researchers pursuing studies on Sri Lanka and the South Asian region.

In addition to the physical collection, the RCSS library also maintains a large electronic repository of information on these issues. The electronic repository in the library continues to be updated and expanded regularly.

RCSS library maintains collection of electronic theses and dissertations (MA/PhD) on Strategic Studies.
Databases
RCSS Library is privileged to have the access MERLN database, National Defense University, Washington DC, USA) through which it has developed a large electronic repository of information for scholarly purposes.

The RCSS Library is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm on weekdays and closed during weekends and on mercantile holidays.
